BRN Reviews, the official publication of the Barcelona Respiratory Network, is a peer-reviewed, quarterly, open-access journal dedicated to clinical and scientific excellence. Our mission is to publish high-impact reviews that synthesize the latest advances and trends in respiratory medicine.

The journal publishes comprehensive reviews covering the entire spectrum of respiratory health, with a strategic focus on translational medicine (genomics, proteomics, molecular biology) and its clinical applications (new biomarkers, or therapeutic targets); clinical innovation (reviews on state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, advanced imaging, and novel pharmacological or non-pharmacological interventions in pulmonary diseases); precision medicine (endotypes, phenotypes, and personalized approaches to respiratory care), and global respiratory health (critical analysis of epidemiology, environmental impact (climate change and air quality), as well as public health policies related to chronic and infectious respiratory diseases.
